Fees & Scheduling
Individual Therapy
$175 / 53 minute session
Individual therapy focuses on one person. We may focus on issues that involve family members or relationships, and the main focus of our sessions is you. This can be a good fit for those healing from trauma, seeking personal/spiritual growth, focusing on anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and life transitions.

Due to increased administrative burden, initial intake sessions are $195 and are scheduled for 60 minutes.
Relationship (Couples) Therapy
$210 / 60-minute session
Relationship therapy, often called "couples therapy," focuses on the health and wholeness of your relationship(s) instead of individual concerns. I welcome all relationship constellations, including polyam, kink and BDSM, LGBTQIA+ relationships, ADHD/Autism or other mixed neurotype relationships, and those seeking pre-commitment (pre-marital) therapy.

Due to increased administrative burden, initial intake sessions are $260 and are scheduled for 75 minutes.
WPATH Letters of Support
$0 / 50-minute session
I offer single-sessions to collaborate with you in writing a WPATH letter of support to access gender-affirming care for pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults.

Please contact me for a consultation if you would like to receive this service. I am only providing WPATH letters pro bono (at no cost) at this time. My turnaround time is usually about 5 business days.
Insurance Reimbursement
I provide a monthly superbill for clients who wish to submit this record of our sessions for insurance reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company ahead of our sessions to see if they cover behavioral health services.
Schedule an Initial Consultation with Caity
You may schedule your initial 20-minute video consultation* by completing the form below. I endeavor to reply to all inquiries within 2 business days. Please reach out again if you have not heard back from me within that timeframe.
*Please note that requesting an initial consultation does not guarantee a therapy appointment nor constitute a therapeutic relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health or psychiatric emergency, please dial 9-1-1, call the crisis line, 9-8-8, or head to the nearest Emergency Room.
